The hotel is in a very good location for exploring Paris. We stayed 3 nights and it worked well for us. The metro line 6 is right in front of the hotel. It will take you to the Arc de Triomphe without any need for change. Gare de Lyon is about 10 mins away by foot. This is perfect as we travelled to Geneva after Paris. We arrived early at 12pm and they allowed us to store our luggage in the hotel while we explored Paris. There is a mini supermarket on the other side of the road. The breakfast was plentiful, though the hot choice is a little limited. Except for those eating very light for breakfast, I would recommend to include the breakfast option when booking. The rooms are quiet. We did not hear any noise when the windows are closed, even though it is on a main road. Beds are very comfy.

Staff was amazingly kind - helped me with printing my concert tickets that I totally forgot before my travel, and asked about my concert experience the day after. They even upgraded me to a double-bed for free since there were some available during my trip. Was traveling for a concert in the nearby Accor Arena - felt super safe going back to the hotel in the middle of the night as a woman alone (about 5 min walk). Location is also great since a metro stop just right in front of the hotel (wasnt noisy at all though). Theres also a grocery store on the other side of the road just across the hotel - a great option to buy some drinks e.g. to stay hydrated during sightseeing the next day.

Very clean room, not very spacious but enough for a couple. We stayed in Privilege Double Room with Terrace so if weather permits, try to book that. Awesome location, subway across the street from hotel and it's about 7 min ride to city centre. Staff is very nice! They accommodated all of our requests, such as iron and ironing board - they brought right to the room after 1 min I called reception. Other we were able to leave our luggage on our last day after check out for 4 hours without any problems. all linens were super clean and smelled nice and fresh. We didn't ask for cleaning, as we only stayed 3 nights.

We had a great stay here! The staff were amazing and the room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. We paid for breakfast on our last morning and it was great. The hotel is right opposite a train station which is handy, and right on the river so walking is pretty easy as you can just follow it down. There is a lovely bakery next door that did amazing bread and cakes, highly recommend going there too!

Lovely staff, very accommodating. They are renovating the upper rooms and we had an issue with the door lock but despite that the hotel was great, A super location as we were there for a concert in The Accor Arena. No complaints at all. Would definitely use this hotel again when next in Paris. We also got a welcome gift as it was a milestone occasion. Thanks to all.
